FLOODING: SATURDAY Parking Procedures

Thank you for everyone’s continued patience with the parking and transportation issues!

Please read the following information for Saturday July 13th:

The MTA grounds will be open for parking tomorrow, however the MTA PARKING CAPACITY IS 60% OF NORMAL.

CARPOOL, CARPOOL, CARPOOL.
Every vehicle you DON’T bring helps.

TO MAINTAIN SMOOTH TRAFFIC AND BUS ACCESS – ALL TRAFFIC MUST BE SOUTHBOUND ON W. SERVICE ROAD. (See Map)

This means that EVERYONE MUST USE THE KIPP ROAD EXIT and approach the MTA GATE from the NORTH. (See Map)

UNAUTHORIZED NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE MTA GROUNDS.

On-Site Parking Information:

ALL PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PARKING IS FIRST-COME/FIRST-SERVED.
Once parking is full, it’s full.

YOU MUST PARK WHERE MTA STAFF DIRECT YOU TO PARK.
You won’t be by your field.

Once parking is full, drop-offs and pickups will be at the MTA MAIN GATE.

Off-Site Parking Information:

Overflow parking will be at LESLIE HIGH SCHOOL.

Shuttles will be running between the high schools and the MTA MAIN GATE from 7AM TO 6:30PM

There are COACH BUSES and SCHOOL BUSES. NO FIREARMS OR AMMO ARE ALLOWED ON SCHOOL BUSES!

Additional Notes:
It is highly recommended that the priority should be getting athletes and equipment to their assigned fields in a timely manner.

Athletes that miss their flights must report to the check-in counter in the main clubhouse.

NO PRACTICE SATURDAY.
MTA GATES CLOSE AT 11PM FRIDAY AND WILL RE-OPEN AT 6:00AM.
